FIRE strengthens its partnership with Montea through the development of a major logistics project in Combronde, north of Clermont-Ferrand (63), covering a strategic land parcel of approximately 7 hectares. This operation involves the construction of a new-generation logistics platform spanning 32,000 m², designed to support the needs of industrial and logistics players.
Located in a key area, this project fully aligns with FIRE's strategy to transform high-potential land into high-performing assets, serving local economic development. It illustrates a shared vision with Montea: to design logistics platforms that are useful, sustainable, and create value for the regions, within the framework of a long-term partnership.
