FIRE provides active asset management, with direct oversight of rental and operational performance. The approach is based on proximity management: user relations, technical monitoring of assets, and rigorous CAPEX control.
FIRE implements targeted value creation plans: energy optimization, functional improvement, compliance with ESG standards, and adaptation to user needs. The objective is to secure cash flows, improve asset liquidity, and support their long-term transformation.
