Driving operational performance and long-term value creation
FIRE delivers active asset management with direct oversight of leasing and operational performance. This approach is based on hands-on management, close tenant relationships, ongoing technical monitoring of assets and rigorous CAPEX control.
FIRE implements targeted value creation plans, including energy optimization, functional upgrades, ESG alignment and adaptation to users’ evolving needs. The objective is to secure cash flows, enhance asset liquidity and support long-term asset transformation.
