An Industrial Facility at the User's Service
Developed for a Renault subsidiary, this latest-generation building houses the company's historical activities as well as new technological lines: 3D printing, mechanical welding, advanced production units. The site accommodates nearly 170 jobs, thus supporting the Group's industrial capacities.
A Low-Carbon, Scalable, and Reversible Asset
Designed to be reversible, the building incorporates high environmental performance standards: a rooftop photovoltaic power plant, enhanced insulation, and volume flexibility to anticipate the evolution of industrial processes.
