TWO PASSIONATE PROFESSIONALS, A SHARED ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECT

It was during the 2008 financial crisis that Julien Mongoin and Louis d'Arexy collaborated for the first time on a 25,000 m² turnkey operation. This initial success marked the meeting of two experts driven by shared values, common convictions, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

After fifteen years each spent with major players in suburban real estate, they chose to combine their complementary expertise to create FIRE.

Julien MONGOIN

Development and Project Structuring

Julien has been involved in commercial real estate for 20 years. He began his career in project management, then became Development Director at a leading developer, before joining a family office as Director of Development and Acquisitions. There, he managed numerous logistics, industrial, and urban development operations, with an approach focused on value creation and operational efficiency.

Louis D'AREXY

Investment and Asset Management

ESPI Graduate

Louis has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He began his career in logistics real estate consulting, before joining an international investor-developer, where he led acquisitions and asset management for Southern Europe. He has led over 500 million euros in investments and managed an equivalent portfolio.

Stéphanie ROYER

Director of Operations and Innovation

Architecture Graduate

Stéphanie co-founded an architectural agency in Fontainebleau before joining an engineering and consulting group, where she led the design and architecture division for industrial and logistics projects for over ten years. Her background allows her to assess the technical, economic, and operational viability of a project while proposing innovative solutions to meet regulatory, technical, and architectural constraints. She supervises the Group's development projects and contributes her expertise in innovation, design, and operational management.

Benjamin LE MERCIER

Director of Operations and Sustainable Development

Architecture graduate with a specialized master's degree in real estate and sustainable buildings from École des Ponts et Chaussées

Benjamin began his career in public project management, then joined the private sector to lead large-scale projects for recognized real estate operators and a family office. He specializes in suburban operations for institutional investors and investment funds, with a strong awareness of environmental issues. At FIRE, he oversees the execution of real estate projects, fully integrating sustainable and operational dimensions from the design stage.

Frank PEROCHAIN

Partner

Graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC

Frank has over 20 years of experience in the industrial and logistics investment market. He works in capital markets consulting, where he has completed over 11 billion euros in disposals and acquisitions in France. He also worked as a specialized consultant in business and logistics. At FIRE, he is responsible for investment strategy and managing complex projects alongside institutional partners.

Adrien MAUGINO

Investment

ESG Graduate

Adrien began his career as an analyst at asset management companies before specializing in logistics investment consulting. For six years, he worked buy-side on I&L operations for institutional players, totaling over 4 billion euros in transactions. At FIRE, he actively participates in the sourcing, analysis, and structuring of high-potential operations.

Mathieu Courteville

Asset Management

ESPI Graduate

Mathieu works in asset management with specific expertise in industrial and logistics assets. He began his career at renowned asset management companies, where he was involved in asset management, performance analysis, and institutional portfolio optimization. At FIRE, he supports asset valuation and the implementation of management strategies across the entire portfolio.

Jacques Renaudie

Asset Management

Graduate with a Master 2 in Urban Planning, Real Estate, and Project Management from the University of Bordeaux

Jacques began his career in residential project development with a developer, then joined an asset management company, where he became familiar with real estate portfolios. He joined FIRE as an Asset Manager to manage and enhance our industrial and logistics asset portfolios across the country.

Florian Civit

Graduate of Panthéon-Assas and Panthéon-Sorbonne Universities

Florian has been involved in asset management and real estate investment for nearly ten years. He began his career in asset management before joining asset management companies as a fund manager. Before joining FIRE, Florian managed investments for a private real estate company specializing in the acquisition of industrial buildings and photovoltaic energy production. At FIRE, he is responsible for enhancing and managing a portfolio of logistics assets across the country.

Stéphane began his career in real estate valuation expertise before joining FIRE. Today, he works within the Asset Management team, where he supports the management and optimization of our logistics portfolios.

After an initial experience in real estate investment and responsible finance, Thibault now participates in the analysis, structuring, and monitoring of our operations.

Marine MAURICE

Administrative and Financial Director

Graduate of ESCEM Tours-Poitiers, specializing in Legal Audit and Accounting Expertise

Marine began her career at an accounting firm, where for 10 years she supported French and international real estate operators in structuring their operations and managing their day-to-day affairs. She then joined a listed real estate company specializing in logistics, where she managed the group's financial and administrative operations. Today, she oversees all administrative and financial activities of the FIRE Group, ensuring compliance, financial stability, and operational efficiency.

Sabrina BAZZI

Communication & Event Project Manager

Graduate of Sorbonne Nouvelle University and Paris 8 University

Sabrina has been working in communication, marketing, and events in the real estate sector for over 12 years. She began her career with a leading Parisian developer, where she supported communication strategy, developed premium client experiences, and organized events with a strong artistic and institutional dimension. She joined FIRE to manage internal and external communication while orchestrating the Group's key events.

Frédéric CHABROL

Senior Advisor*

ESTP Graduate

Frédéric began as Program Director for tertiary and logistics operations. He then joined a major national developer, where he managed the subsidiary dedicated to logistics. He founded his real estate development, project management assistance (AMO), and training consulting firm, and for several years co-chaired Afilog's Sustainable Development Commission. He joined FIRE in 2024 to strengthen the Group's growth strategy and support the management team in its development and diversification dynamics.
