FIRE has just completed a new investment in the municipality of Sainte-Luce-Sur-Loire (44), in the heart of the industrial zone “ZA Maison Neuve“, for which it has already carried out significant energy-saving works in line with its ongoing commitment to environmental protection and energy efficiency.
Located 6 km east of Nantes, in the municipality of Sainte-Luce-Sur-Loire (44), the asset is located in the heart of the industrial zone “ZA Maison Neuve“, which spans 87 ha and hosts nearly 200 companies. With a surface area of 1,640 m², the building is fully leased to a single tenant.
Significant energy-saving works have been carried out on this site in order to be ready to meet the objectives of a 40% reduction in the building’s energy consumption by 2030, in line with our ongoing commitment to environmental protection and energy efficiency.
