Recognized experience in leading major corporate real estate projects
Frédéric began his career as a Program Director within groups specializing in office projects and business premises on behalf of users, investors, and for own accounts. Passionate about team management and leading large-scale projects, he then dedicated his experience to one of the largest French real estate developers for 7 years before taking over the management of its subsidiary dedicated to logistics real estate.

He recently founded his agency for corporate real estate development consulting, project owner assistance, and management training. A founding member of Afilog, Frédéric notably co-chaired the Sustainable Development Commission of the professional association for years, also providing him with an informed perspective on the evolving sustainable challenges in logistics real estate.
