
FIRE organized a site visit dedicated to brokers for this 41,894 m² logistics asset located in the heart of the Paris Sud hub, in order to present the progress of its renovation and its repositioning to a prime standard.
Acting as Operating Partner alongside Fidelity International, FIRE is deploying an integrated transformation approach aimed at improving the technical, environmental, and operational performance of the asset. Conceived as a manage-to-green operation, this project aims for a 50% reduction in primary energy consumption (heat pump/PV canopy pairing) with a self-consumption rate of nearly 70% thanks to a range of technical solutions.
This project is perfectly aligned with FIRE's strategy, which consists of transforming existing assets into high-performance, sustainable, and attractive logistics platforms, in line with the expectations of local authorities, users, and investors.
