
XXL Logistics Platform - A prime development in the heart of the Picardy region
FIRE developed a large-scale, high environmental logistics platform on behalf of GLP.
Located at the intersection of the A1 and A29 motorways, this approximately 100,000 sqm site benefits from direct connectivity to major Northern European logistics corridors. FIRE led the entire project, from structuring through to speculative delivery, leveraging comprehensive technical expertise tailored to the expectations of both users and investors.
