Located at the intersection of motorways A1 and A29, this approximately 100,000 m² site benefits from a direct connection to major Northern European logistics routes. FIRE managed the entire project, from structuring to shell and core delivery, leveraging comprehensive technical expertise tailored to the expectations of both users and investors.
