Last September 21, we had the pleasure of participating in the inauguration of the Ablaincourt Pressoir logistics platform, delivered last April.
This building, with a surface area of over 100,000 m², is emblematic of our ethical code focused on a more sustainable energy future and currently features the largest photovoltaic roof in France with 20,000 photovoltaic panels and a power of 8 MWp. This represents 13 times the annual electricity consumption of the commune's inhabitants and will generate a virtuous cycle by supplying electricity to up to 3,000 households.
Initially launched speculatively on behalf of our investor GLP, it now hosts INTERMARCHÉ across 60,000 m², France's second-largest distributor, and thus contributes to the acceleration of economic development in the Picardy region thanks to its local, user-centric approach.
This XXL program, the result of a project initiated nearly 15 years ago, required one of the largest pyrotechnic depollution projects with the dismantling of hundreds of World War I shells.
