FIRE is supporting the operation with the clear objective of sustainably strengthening the asset's value in an extremely competitive environment.

The project aims for a profound transformation of the site's environmental performance: BREEAM Excellent certification, installation of a self-consumption photovoltaic power plant, DPE A rating objective, and complete decarbonization of systems through the integration of heat pumps.
