A structuring partnership with a leading global investor – Management of a Core portfolio in prime markets
FIRE supports Morgan Stanley in the management of a Core logistics portfolio located in the Île-de-France and Lyon regions.
This portfolio of over 85,000 sqm comprises four assets leased to major occupiers, offering strong leasing granularity and operational continuity. FIRE operates within a long-term institutional framework, aligned with the shared ambition to structure, manage and grow Core portfolios across France’s prime logistics markets.
A portfolio anchored in France’s most dynamic markets
The assets within the CROSS portfolio are located in territories that account for more than half of national logistics take-up. Their scarcity, the quality of the existing tenant base and the depth of the Île-de-France and Lyon markets reinforce the portfolio’s long-term value potential.
FIRE oversees day-to-day operations, usage analysis and operational optimization across the four sites.
An ambitious ESG trajectory focused on performance and long-term value
The portfolio is engaged in an environmental upgrade program targeting BREEAM In-Use certification. FIRE deploys a coordinated strategy combining energy performance improvements, technical modernization and proactive tenant relationship management, with the objective of sustainably aligning the assets with institutional Core market standards.
