Florian

My relationship with sport

“Rugby and football have played an important role in my daily life. However, it is on the tennis court that I have spent most of my time, having played the sport for over 25 years. This individual discipline, which I continue to practise regularly, pushes me to my limits and teaches me how to handle a wide range of situations in a short amount of time. Over the past few months, hiking has also become part of my sporting routine.”

SABRINA

My relationship with sport

“I practise reformer Pilates once or twice a week, focusing on posture, breathing and grounding. In it, I rediscover what dance has given me over the years: elegance, fluidity and precision of movement. I also add two weekly strength training sessions with a coach, and I don’t hesitate to put on boxing gloves whenever the opportunity arises.
At FIRE, the company’s strong sporting culture encouraged me to take up running in the lead-up to our Île d’Yeu challenge. Since then, I’ve learned to embrace its demands, at my own pace. This trio - Pilates, strength training and running - provides me with both physical and mental balance, a sense of sporting completeness that gives me the drive to move forward every day with strength and determination.”

Frederic

My relationship with sport

“I didn’t have an established sporting routine - until I joined FIRE. The collective energy, the challenges that are set and the team’s strong sporting culture encouraged me to get back into it, at my own pace.
Today, I take part in the monthly training sessions with my colleagues - a real driver for rediscovering the desire to move, without pressure but with enjoyment. I’ve always kept a taste for outdoor activities such as golf, skiing or hiking, each offering its own sense of balance. No training plan, just chosen moments to clear my head and refocus.”

JACQUES

My relationship with sport

“I run five to seven times a week and, when motivation is there, I also include strength training sessions. I enjoy running for three main reasons. First, performance: setting the right conditions to push my limits and, year after year, strive for new personal bests.
Second, running is a valuable pause in my day — a moment away from constant demands that allows me to clear my head. Finally, running is also about sharing, as each new challenge is experienced alongside family or friends.”

Stéphanie

My relationship with sport

“I practise Pilates and yoga every week, often during my lunch break at the office. Both disciplines help me build focus and flexibility, while creating a genuine breathing space within my days. I complement this routine with a weekly run - a more dynamic practice that brings energy to balance the calm of the mat. This combination helps me stay aligned and in motion, both on the ground and in my projects. An equilibrium that nurtures both body and mind. »

STéphane

My relationship with sport

“Passionate about combat sports, I practise MMA - a discipline that pushes me beyond my limits while fostering perseverance and a strong work ethic. Combining striking and grappling, it has become a powerful source of personal development.
Confrontation with others instills core values such as respect, humility and team spirit, even though it remains an individual sport. To maintain performance, I complement my training with strength work and running, both essential to staying physically prepared. FIRE also plays an important role in this balance by regularly organizing team-based sporting activities.”

LOUIS

My relationship with sport

“Sport plays an important role in my life. Each week, I make time for a ten-kilometre run and a game of padel — moments of energy and camaraderie that allow me to switch off. I also maintain a simple but essential habit: walking. Never fewer than 10,000 steps a day, and often many more on days spent visiting logistics sites.

These complementary activities, with their different rhythms and effects, help me maintain physical fitness while also sharpening my focus and energy at work.”

THIBAULT

My relationship with sport

“On average, I spend three sessions a week at the gym, with a focus on strength training. At weekends, I complement this routine with tennis or swimming. Swimming holds a particular place for me: after more than ten years of club practice, it remains my sport of choice.
I value the complementarity of these disciplines and the balance they provide. The gym, easily accessible, allows me to maintain a solid level of fitness without constraints.
Tennis combines a competitive mindset with conviviality, creating genuine moments of shared enjoyment. Swimming, however, remains the most complete sport in my view — a true driver of self-improvement as well as a source of physical and mental balance.
These sporting activities are not just about physical exercise; they contribute to my daily energy and strengthen my personal discipline.”

BENJAMIN

My relationship with sport

“My sporting routine truly took shape when I joined FIRE. The energy of the team and the collective dynamic encouraged me to become more consistent and to re-establish healthy habits. Sport quickly became a real source of personal balance for me: it helps me release pressure, maintain mental clarity and find a healthy rhythm between professional and personal life.
Depending on the period, I practise different activities - running, strength training and tennis - moments that allow me both to push myself and to recharge.”

MARINE

My relationship with sport

“Over the past few years, running has become a cornerstone of my sporting routine, with three sessions a week, including a long run at the weekend. It is a true moment of escape for me: it helps me disconnect, recharge and regain balance.
This sport brings together everything that drives me — the sense of freedom it offers in contrast to the fast pace of everyday life; the pursuit of self-improvement through goals that continually push me forward; and the mental strength it builds, essential to keep going despite fatigue.”

FRANK

My relationship with sport

“Over the past few months, I have returned to regular physical activity through Hyrox-style training sessions - short in format but highly demanding. This is exactly what I look for: an effort that challenges both endurance and mental resilience. It pushes me to stay clear-headed under strain, to see things through and to stay the course.
Hiking remains another key anchor. Whether with family or friends, in France or abroad, it offers a different kind of balance - direct contact with nature and wide open spaces.”

ADRIEN

My relationship with sport

“My favorite playground is the mountains. Whenever the opportunity arises, I go hiking, mainly during holidays. Italy remains close to my heart, but I am also drawn to long treks in Asia or the Amazon, where spectacular landscapes and physical effort offer a true escape.
I don’t follow a strict sporting routine, apart from the collective sessions organized each month at FIRE.
They have become a reference point — a way to stay active without pressure, in a motivating team spirit. This flexible rhythm allows me to balance professional life and physical activity, while nurturing my attraction to wide open spaces and my regular need for escape.”

JULIEN

My relationship with sport

“Sport has always been my anchor. In the boxing ring, it teaches me how to channel energy, stay clear-headed under pressure and turn intensity into strength. On the trail, I rediscover the endurance and perseverance required to move forward step by step — much like entrepreneurship. Padel, finally, is a reminder that nothing is built alone: teamwork, strategy and shared momentum are essential drivers of success.
These different yet complementary practices shape my mindset: moving forward with determination, staying open to the unexpected, and constantly seeking the right balance between discipline and enjoyment.”

MATHIEU

My relationship with sport

“Running plays an important role in my daily life. It allows me to push myself, while also learning to listen to my limits. I regularly complement it with hiking, which reconnects me with nature, and boxing, which brings both discipline and release.
These practices are different, yet complementary: the endurance of running, the breathing space of the mountains and the intensity of the ring each provide a distinct form of energy. To truly recharge, I favor active weekends in the mountains. Away from the pace of everyday life, they allow me to return with renewed energy.”
