My Sports Routine

Rugby and football have played a significant role in my daily life. However, I have spent most of my time on tennis courts (practicing for 25 years). This individual sport, which I continue to practice regularly, pushes me to my limits and teaches me to manage different situations quickly. In recent months, hiking has been added to my sports routine.

SABRINA

My Sports Routine

"I practice reformer Pilates once or twice a week to work on posture, breathing, and grounding. It brings back what dance taught me: elegance, fluidity, and precision of movement. I add two weekly strength training sessions with a coach, and I don't hesitate to put on boxing gloves when the opportunity arises. At FIRE, the sports culture encouraged me to take up running as our Île d'Yeu challenge approached. Since then, I have learned to adapt to its demands, at my own pace. This triptych – Pilates, strength training, running – provides me with physical and mental balance, a form of athletic completeness that gives me the drive to move forward each day with strength and determination."

Frederic

My Sports Routine

"I didn't have an established sports routine... until I arrived at FIRE. The collective energy, the challenges, and the group's athletic atmosphere made me want to get back into it. At my own pace. Now, I participate in monthly training sessions with my colleagues: a real motivator to rediscover the desire to move, without pressure but with pleasure. I've always enjoyed outdoor activities: golf, skiing, or hiking, each brings me its own balance. No training plan, but chosen times to clear my mind and refocus."

JACQUES

My Sports Routine

"I run between five and seven times a week, and when motivation strikes, I also add strength training sessions. I love running for three main reasons: First, for performance: to put everything in place to push my limits and achieve new personal bests, year after year. Second, running is a precious break in my day. It's a moment away from all kinds of demands, allowing me to clear my head. Finally, this sport is also synonymous with sharing, as every new running project is shared with my family or friends!"

Stéphanie

My Sports Routine

"I practice Pilates and yoga weekly, often during my lunch break at the office. These two disciplines provide me with focus and flexibility, while also creating a genuine moment of calm in my day. I complement this routine with a weekly running session: a more dynamic practice that energetically balances the tranquility of the mat. This combination helps me stay aligned and engaged, both in my work and in my personal endeavors. It's a balance that nourishes both body and mind."

STéphane

My Sports Routine

"Passionate about combat sports, I practice MMA, a discipline that encourages me to push my limits, cultivate perseverance, and develop a strong work ethic. The practice of this sport, combining striking and grappling, is highly beneficial from a personal perspective. Competing with others instills strong values of respect, humility, and group cohesion, despite it being an individual discipline. To maintain my performance, I incorporate weight training and running sessions, which are essential for sustaining my physical capabilities. FIRE greatly contributes to this by regularly organizing team sports events!"

LOUIS

My Sports Routine

Sport plays an important role in my life. Each week, I allow myself a ten-kilometer jog and a game of Padel, a moment of energy and conviviality that allows me to disconnect. In addition to this, a simple but essential habit: walking. Never less than 10,000 steps a day, and often many more on days visiting warehouses. These activities, complementary in their rhythm and effects, maintain my physical fitness while nurturing my concentration and dynamism at work.

THIBAULT

My Sports Routine

"I dedicate an average of three sessions per week to the gym, focusing on muscle strengthening. On weekends, I complement this routine with tennis or swimming. Swimming holds a special place for me because, after more than ten years of club practice, it remains my sport of choice. I appreciate the complementarity of these disciplines and the balance they provide: the gym, easily accessible, allows me to maintain good physical condition without constraint. Tennis combines a competitive spirit with conviviality, offering genuine moments of sharing. Swimming remains, for me, the most complete sport: it is a true driver for self-improvement, but also a source of physical and mental balance. These sports practices are not just physical activities; they contribute to my daily energy and strengthen my personal discipline."

BENJAMIN

My Sports Routine

My fitness routine truly began when I joined FIRE. The group's energy and collective dynamic made me want to be more consistent and adopt good habits again. Exercise quickly became a true means of personal balance for me: it helps me release pressure, maintain mental clarity, and find a good rhythm between professional and personal life. I engage in several activities depending on the period – a bit of running, weight training, tennis – moments where I can both push myself and recharge.

MARINE

My Sports Routine

“For several years now, running has become a cornerstone of my sports routine, with three weekly sessions, including a long run on weekends. For me, it's a true moment of escape: it helps me disconnect, recharge my energy, and regain my balance. This sport brings together everything that drives me: the freedom it provides from the demanding pace of daily life; self-transcendence through goals that push me to progress; and mental strengthening, essential for continuing despite fatigue. ”

FRANK

My Sports Routine

“I have resumed sports activities in recent months, with short but demanding Hyrox-style training sessions. This is what I seek: an effort that engages both endurance and mental resilience. It compels me to remain clear-headed during the effort, to see things through, and to stay the course. Hiking remains another anchor. With family or friends, both in France and abroad, it provides a different balance: direct contact with nature and the great outdoors.”

ADRIEN

My Sports Routine

“My favorite playground is the mountains. Whenever the opportunity arises I go hiking, mainly during holidays. Italy remains my favorite destination, but I also enjoy long treks in Asia or the Amazon, where spectacular landscapes and physical exertion offer me a true escape. I don't have a strict sports routine, apart from the group sessions organized monthly at FIRE. They have become a regular fixture, a way to exercise without pressure, in a stimulating team spirit. This rather flexible pace allows me to balance professional life and physical activity, while nurturing my love for the outdoors and my regular need for escape.”

JULIEN

My Sports Routine

"Sport has always been my source of balance. In the ring, boxing teaches me to channel energy, to remain clear-headed in intensity, and to transform pressure into strength. On the trail, I find the endurance and perseverance needed to overcome each stage, step by step, just as in entrepreneurship. Finally, padel reminds me that nothing is built alone: the game, strategy, and team synergy are essential drivers of success. These practices, different yet complementary, shape my vision: to move forward with determination, remain open to the unexpected, and always seek balance between rigor and enjoyment."

MATHIEU

My Sports Routine

"Running plays an important role in my daily life. It allows me to push my limits, but also to learn to listen to my boundaries. I regularly incorporate hiking, which offers me a connection to nature, and boxing, which brings me both discipline and release. These activities are distinct, yet they complement each other: the endurance of running, the exhilaration of the mountains, and the intensity of the ring each bring me a different energy. To recharge my batteries, I prefer active weekends in the mountains. Away from the daily grind, this allows me to return with renewed energy."
