A structuring partnership with a leading player - Management of a Core portfolio in prime markets
FIRE supports Morgan Stanley in the management of a Core logistics portfolio located in Île-de-France and the Lyon region.
This portfolio of over 85,000 sqm comprises four assets occupied by major users, offering rental granularity and operational continuity. FIRE operates with a long-term institutional approach, consistent with the shared ambition to structure, manage, and grow Core portfolios in prime French markets.
A portfolio anchored in France's most dynamic markets
The assets of the CROSS portfolio are strategically located in regions that account for more than half of the national take-up. Their scarcity, the quality of existing tenants, and the market depth of Île-de-France and Lyon strengthen the portfolio's sustainable value potential. FIRE manages day-to-day operations, usage analysis, and operational optimization across all four sites.
An ambitious ESG trajectory focused on performance and long-term value
The portfolio is committed to an environmental upgrade program aiming for BREEAM In-Use certification. FIRE implements a coordinated strategy for energy efficiency improvement, technical modernization, and refined user relationship management, with the objective of sustainably aligning the assets with Core market institutional standards.
