Following the acquisition of a logistics asset of approximately 75,000 sqm in a prime area in the municipality of Mer (41), FIRE is proud to support, still as an operating partner, a private equity fund in the acquisition of the Montclair portfolio, comprising nine warehouses located along the backbone from Dunkerque, to Salon-de-Provence.
The largest domestic French portfolio since 2020
Comprising no fewer than nine warehouses located along the French backbone (Chalon, Saint-Pierre, Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, Ferrières, Dammartin, Salon-de-Provence, Ormes and Dunkerque), this core+ portfolio of approximately 360,000 sqm is the largest domestic French portfolio since 2020.
It is currently fully occupied by thirteen renowned tenants.
